Dr. Ana Engelhardt graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences in 2019. After college, she moved across the country to Arizona to pursue her medical education at Sonoran University, which she completed in 2023. Dr. Ana values individualized healthcare, recognizing that the typical “one size fits all” approach does not work for most people. Her goal in caring for her patients is creating custom treatment plans that incorporate Eastern and Western medical care that are approachable and accessible to each patient. She hopes that by working together, each one of her patients can regain control of their own health and achieve optimal wellness. Some conditions Dr. Ana focuses on include PMS, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, infertility, as well as various GI concerns such as IBS, IBD, SIBO, gas/bloating and food intolerances. She hopes to find the root cause of your health concerns and believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the opportunity. She grew up playing competitive tennis and in her free time, Dr. Ana now loves to attend pilates classes, hike, bake, and spend time with her family and pets.

Crystal Lane is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Connecticut and Michigan. She is a National Board Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture with the National Certification Commision for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She graduated with the degree of Master of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Studies, and Bachelor of Health Science from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida in 2021.

Prior to her career in Acupuncture she worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the states of Michigan, Georgia, and Florida. Crystal fell in love with Bodywork after a strenuous career in Social Work. Through her career in Social Work alongside her background studies in Counseling Psychology she began to realize change needed to happen on a physical level. Change is almost always hard for individuals and Crystal realized the growth that needed to happen was often impeded from energy stuck in the body. She decided to leave her career in Social Work to pursue Bodywork to help people free blockages physically so they can move forward. Therapeutic Massage was an excellent modality to bring about these changes, but Crystal found her real passion in Acupuncture. She discovered that the alchemy of the needles used in Acupuncture work on such a deep level to not only relieve pain and symptoms, but to also bring about real, lasting change.

In her practice she works with the Five Element tradition to see each person in their unique strengths and character. They can become so clouded by imbalance or illness that the person can lose sight of who they truly are. Crystal listens with her heart to hear her clients’ story as well as listening to their pulses (the 12 meridian pathways in Acupuncture) to make the perfect individualized treatment plan. Her method is to treat the root of the imbalance rather than chasing symptoms. The Five Element tradition provides a truly holistic system of medicine by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments together in every treatment.

Crystal has helped clients with a number of ailments including, anxiety and depression, arthritis and pain, digestive disorders, fibromyalgia, insomnia, headaches and migraines, infertility and menstrual disorders, skin conditions, effects of chemotherapy and radiation, and more. Chances are that whatever ails you Acupuncture can help with.

In her spare time Crystal loves spending time with her family including her fiancé, stepdaughter, parents, brothers, nieces, and her large in-law Polish family. She has two cats named Ming and Monaghan that she spoils way too much. She loves swimming, hiking, ceremony, meditation, traveling, adventures, and getting cozy with a good movie or show. She loves to laugh. One of her passions in life is to help remind people that even though things can be dark and dreary there is always a glimmer of light shining through. Gratitude for the simple things in life we take for granted helps give perspective.
